Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5 PM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after that will be processed on the next business day.

⏱ Handling Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation.

🚚 Delivery Times
We provide free standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–13 business days.

🔍 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor delivery progress.

✏️ Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@quinterelle.com. Address changes after shipment are not possible.
